Josh and his team are simply amazing!. We’ve had them out for service, accessory installs, and now a new unit. Every time the communication, follow through, and workmanship is top notch. The entire team are professionals and took care of our home like it was theirs. Josh returns our calls promptly, takes the time to answer questions, and never pushes the upsell. His team is on time and polite. Would definitely recommend and hire them again!

My heat went out. I called on a Monday morning around 6:45 am and the owner answered the phone. I did not have to leave a message and they were at my house within the hour. And even better it was fixed before the end of the day!!

Overall Great Quick Affordable Service! The team responded quickly during the cold snap earlier this year when my transformer went out leaving me with no heat. Response time was unbeatable, within a couple hours of my call. Unlike other service providers Josh was able to diagnose my problem over the phone showing his vast knowledge of HVAC systems. Additionally, They came out same day to fix a second problem I had during this 2nd cold snap. Definitely my go to service provider in the Area! 5/5 would recommend, Appreciate the warmth!

Affordable HVAC came out for a normal maintenance agreement service. Ted was on time, professional, and the service was very affordable. Josh came out and priced another job for us and he took the extra time to show us the reasons why we wouldn’t need the other job rather than try and sell us a service we did not need. Would recommend Affordable HVAC to anyone who wants quality HVAC service for their home.

As a small business owner. Josh really cares about his customers, treating everyone like family and friends. He sent a crew out a second time to help me with my nest thermostat at no charge which was amazing! I was concerned some of my ductwork was crushed and restricting airflow but they confirmed it wasn't. I felt like they were very honest about it rather than just chasing another sale. Kudos to Josh and his team.

They came to my house. Gave me diagnosis of my heat and air unit. They were very knowledgeable, very polite and communicated very well. I would highly recommend them to do the job if you need someone.
